Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Verify site measurements, quantities, and work completed for billing purposes.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Plan and monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
Manage labor productivity and allocate resources effectively.




Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and other civil activities.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and regulatory authorities.
Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection reports, site diaries, and material records.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
