The Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Interior Finishing will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior finishing projects within our portfolio. This role demands a seasoned qualified with extensive experience in managing complex interior fit-out and finishing works, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. The DGM will lead a team of project managers and engineers, coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, designers, contractors, and clients, and implement best practices in project execution and quality control. This is a strategic role focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement in interior finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and execute all interior finishing projects from conceptualization to handover, ensuring alignment with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and project objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for interior finishing works.




Oversee and manage project teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
Ensure meticulous quality control throughout all stages of interior finishing, including material selection, installation, and final inspection.
Collaborate closely with design teams, architects, and consultants to interpret drawings, specifications, and resolve any design-related challenges.
