We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer specializing in architectural visualization to join our energetic 3D development team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in 3ds Max and industry-standard rendering engines such as V-Ray and Corona, with the ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
Convert
CAD drawings and architectural plans
into detailed and accurate 3D models using
3ds Max
.
Create
high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renders
using
V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
.
Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, and camera setups to enhance visual appeal and realism.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to understand design intent and visualization requirements.
Ensure visual outputs align with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Optimize 3D scenes for efficient rendering without compromising visual quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency across deliverables.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
3ds Max
for architectural modeling and scene setup.
Hands-on experience with
V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
for photorealistic rendering.
Ability to read, interpret, and convert
architectural drawings and CAD files
into 3D visualizations.
Positive understanding of
lighting, composition, materials, and textures
for architectural spaces.
Basic working knowledge of
Adobe Photoshop
for post processing.
Strong portfolio showcasing
architectural interiors and exteriors
with high visual quality.
Knowledge of walkthrough animations.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced setup
and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in
Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field
