Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative thinker and strong writer who can develop fresh content ideas, scroll-stopping

hooks and engaging scripts for Reels, UGC, creators and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate unique, out-of-the-box content concepts across platforms.

• Write engaging Reels, UGC, influencer and ad scripts.

• Develop solid hooks, storytelling angles and CTAs.

• Create innovative concepts specifically for Meta Ads & creative testing.

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy for the brand and founders.

• Plan LinkedIn content pillars, themes and posting ideas to build brand and founder presence.

• Research trends, creators, competitors and consumer behavior.

• Turn consumer insights into relatable,



high-performing content.

• Maintain an ongoing content ideas & hooks bank.

• Collaborate with creators, designers and performance marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in content writing/copywriting/creative strategy.

• Robust storytelling and ideation skills.

• Excellent understanding of social media, trends and internet culture.

• Ability to write natural, conversational and non-ad-like scripts.

• Robust understanding of hooks, retention and performance content.

• Meta Ads experience is a plus.

• Hindi/Hinglish + English writing skills preferred.

The ideal candidate can turn one simple brief into 10 interesting ideas, 5 killer hooks and a script people
actually want to watch.
