Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and career goals.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal recruitment teams.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment pipelines in the ATS.




Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Work towards recruitment targets and turnaround times.
Maintain professional communication with candidates.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and update candidate status.

Who Can Apply?

completed their graduation
in any discipline.
Fresh graduates looking to start their career in

Candidates with solid verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
