Role & responsibilities

Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and entering accounting data into the company system. The role requires precision, confidentiality, and a basic understanding of accounting processes. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES RESIDING IN MOHALI
Enter and maintain financial data such as sales records, purchase invoices, expenses, and payments.
Record daily transactions in Excel, accounting software, or ERP systems.
Maintain proper records of vendor bills, invoices, and receipts.
Verify and cross-check financial data before entry to ensure accuracy.
Assist the accounts team in updating ledgers and maintaining financial documentation.
Organize and maintain digital records of financial documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incomplete financial information.
Support in preparing basic financial reports when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.




Positive typing speed with high accuracy.
Robust attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Qualifications
Any graduate or 12th pass can apply
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is a plus.
Prior experience in accounting data entry or finance support roles preferred.
