Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, employee record maintenance, transfers, confirmations, exits, and employee data updates.
Coordinate onboarding formalities, induction sessions, ID card/access creation, and post-joining documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, HRMS updates, attendance records, resignation trackers, and other HR-related reports.
Support offboarding formalities, exit documentation, resignation acceptance, full and final settlement coordination, and issuance of relieving/service letters.
Assist employees with HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Admin, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations for employee-related requirements.
Support documentation for warnings, incident reports, policy violations, and employee communication, as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and documentation standards.
