About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant specializing in Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory. Lead implementations and optimize manufacturing and costing processes within Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.

Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations focusing on Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory modules.
Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and MES/shop-floor systems for real-time data exchange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Quality to ensure seamless process integration.
Support month-end and period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
Document solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Required skills and experience
10+ years of SCM/ERP experience with solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.




Hands-on experience in full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations including design, rollout, and hypercare support.
In-depth knowledge of costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
Familiarity with MES integration concepts and designing interfaces with shop-floor systems.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting tools like BI Publisher and OTBI.
Proven ability to work within onsite-offshore delivery models and lead small functional teams.

Nice to have
Knowledge of related modules such as Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving aptitude with excellent documentation capabilities.
