About Job :

We are seeking a energetic and target-oriented Associate – Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners through the admissions process, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and convert leads into enrollments.

• Key Responsibilities :

Connect with prospective learners through outbound and inbound calls.

Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate courses.

Explain program details, curriculum, and career outcomes.

Manage the complete admission and enrollment process.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain CRM records.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth learner onboarding.

• Required Skills :





Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls.

Persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Target-driven approach.

Positive follow-up and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of EdTech or online learning programs.

• Eligibility :

2 - 10 years of experience in EdTech admissions, inside sales, counselling, insurance, retail, banking, or telecalling.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
