We are looking for an experienced
AI/ML Architect
with solid expertise in
AIOps, Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, LLMs and GenAI
to lead enterprise AI/ML initiatives from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI/ML solutions for
AIOps, anomaly detection, clustering, classification, event correlation and capacity prediction
.
Lead development of
Conversational AI, chatbots and virtual assistants
.
Leverage
LLMs, GenAI, NLP and NLU
for enterprise use cases.
Define conversational flows, intents and entities and integrate bots with
APIs, databases and backend systems
.
Work with business stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems using AI/ML.
Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects and provide technical guidance on GenAI/LLM best practices.

Mandatory Skills:
10–15 years




of AI/ML experience in enterprise settings.
Strong hands-on experience in
AIOps, Machine Learning and Anomaly Detection
.
5+ years
in Conversational AI / chatbot design and development.
Solid
Python
skills with Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
Expertise in
NLP, NLU, LLMs and GenAI
.
5–7 years of DevOps/SRE
experience.
Experience with
Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana and/or Datadog
.
Strong experience with
REST APIs, web services and system integration
.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred:
Candidates with experience building
Slackbots, Smart Answers and AI-driven infrastructure monitoring solutions
will be highly preferred.
