Job Role: Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Travel: Desk job (No field travel required)

What You Will Do
Call prospective students and inform them about Frankfinn courses in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel.
Guide students and parents about career options in these industries.
Follow up on leads and update candidate details in the CRM system.
Invite students for walk-ins/counseling and guide them to take admission.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.

Who Can Apply
Education: Graduate (Preferred) or 12th Pass.
Experience:



6 months to 8 years in tele counseling, telecalling, tele-sales, lead generation, or customer support.
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Skills Needed
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid convincing and counseling abilities.
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
