About The Opportunity
A quick-growing renewable energy consultancy operating across India’s utility-scale solar sector, we partner with developers, IPPs, and EPC firms to deliver bankable, grid-connected solar projects—from permitting and land acquisition to commissioning and operations. We’re currently scaling our team to execute a flagship 80 MW solar project, requiring a detail-driven Project Coordinator to drive in office execution, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day site activities for the 80 MW solar project—tracking progress against milestones, resolving bottlenecks, and managing contractor communications.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, material tracking sheets, and compliance records aligned with MNRE/SECI guidelines.
Partner with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of solar modules, inverters, and civil works materials to site.
Facilitate coordination between contractors, site engineers, and regulatory authorities for statutory clearances,



O&M; handover, and grid interconnection.
Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at site—conducting weekly audits, tracking incident reports, and ensuring adherence to IS 16009 and OSHA standards.
Report project status, risks, and delays to Project Manager via weekly dashboards and participate in client/developer review meetings.
