Job Description

GBS Wireless India is looking for a Female HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and hands-on knowledge of recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, offers, and joining dates.
Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.




Handle employee joining and onboarding formalities.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, salary inputs, and other payroll-related requirements.
Assist in resolving employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment status reports.
Assist management with day-to-day HR activities.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
Handle employee exit formalities, clearance, and documentation.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and people-management skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Experience using Naukri and other job portals.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office
