HR ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
Assist in preparing payroll inputs, salary-related records, and other HR reports.
Conduct employee onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and company procedures.




Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Handle employee grievances and support resolution of workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Manage exit formalities, resignation documentation, and employee full-and-final coordination.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
