Vice President - Contingent Workforce Management (Freelancer / Independent Contractor)

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a "Vice President - Contingent Workforce Management".

This is a freelance, CWF - Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.

You will lead and scale our contract staffing division.

The initial contract is for 6 months.

Extension or full time leadership conversion is highly possible.

What You Will Do:-

Serve as the main Subject Matter Expert for contract staffing.

Build and optimize high-volume contract recruitment workflows.

Guide the team on compliance, payroll, and vendor management.





Drive strategic growth for the temporary staffing business unit.

Advise executive leadership on market trends and gig-economy talent.

What We Are Looking For:-

18+ years of deep experience in recruitment and staffing.

Proven expertise specifically within Contract / Temporary Staffing.

Past leadership experience as a Director, Head, or VP.

Robust knowledge of contingent workforce compliance and labor laws.

Ability to step in as a hands-on strategic advisor.
