Position Title: Branch Credit Manager (BCM) Secured Business Loans (SBL / LAP)
Location: Alot & Bhanpura
Reporting To: ACM / CCM
Role & responsibilities
Evaluate and underwrite secured business loan proposals
Conduct mandatory property site visits, technical/legal report scrutiny, and personal discussions to assess collateral and risk.
Collaborate with sales teams to maintain target turnaround times while adhering strictly to credit policies and lending limits.
Monitor branch portfolio health, control early delinquencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 3 to 8 yrs experience in Secured loans - LAP credit
Local candidate preferred
