Work in a 90% Chat / 10% Calling blended process.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle travel-related queries, bookings, changes, cancellations and other customer requests.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects and recommend relevant travel products/services.
Maintain accuracy and quality while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
