About the Role

SkillPlace Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Civil Engineering Trainer to provide practical, industry-oriented training to diploma and engineering students.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical training in Civil Engineering.
Teach Civil Engineering fundamentals and industry-relevant concepts.
Train students in AutoCAD, quantity estimation and related civil engineering software.
Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments and project-based learning.
Prepare training materials, assessments and practical exercises.
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Develop students' technical, communication and skilled skills.
Support students with placement preparation and technical interviews.

Required Qualifications




Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–5 years of relevant teaching, training or industry experience.
Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and practices.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Practical/industry experience will be an advantage.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

AutoCAD, Revit, Quantity Estimation, BOQ, Building Planning, Structural Basics, Surveying, RCC, Construction Management, Civil 3D and other industry-relevant tools.
