Role & responsibilities

OB PURPOSE :

Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams in software development, testing, and system engineering to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Provides technical and people leadership across the product lifecycle from concept to deployment ensuring alignment between engineering, product management, and customer requirements. Collaborates closely with technical specialists across the domains to drive recent product development, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure timely, efficient, and compliant project delivery while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technical Leadership & Strategy
Lead cross-functional technical direction to ensure alignment with product and customer needs.
Drive technology roadmap and architecture decisions to support scalability and innovation.
Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues and ensure engineering excellence across domains.
Product Development & Delivery




Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery of current products and feature enhancements.
Align cross-domain development efforts to achieve program milestones.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Product Specialists to translate business requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
Facilitate coordination among software, validation, and system teams for seamless integration.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical teams and customer-facing functions.
People & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary teams to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
Define individual and team goals aligned with organizational priorities.
