We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Recruitment sales to drive business growth by acquiring recent clients and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have solid sales, client acquisition, and relationship management skills within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects in recruitment/staffing services




Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships
Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
Maintain and update sales pipeline, CRM, and business reports
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
