Job Overview

SDLC Infotech is hiring Business Development Executives / BDMs for our US Staffing team.

This is a excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in US Staffing, International Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition and Recruitment.

Candidates with good communication skills, confidence and a willingness to work in a US night shift are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects in the US market
Contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn
Generate and qualify business leads
Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Conduct cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets




Research US staffing companies and potential clients
Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients

Eligibility
Freshers are welcome to apply
0–1 year of experience in BDM, Business Development, Sales, US Staffing or International Sales
Graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, MBA, or other non-B.Tech backgrounds
B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this position
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Confident personality and valuable convincing skills
Comfortable speaking with US clients over the phone
Willing to work in a night shift / US shift
Candidates looking to build a long-term career in international business development are preferred
