Sales Engineer – Field Sales

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Daily Allowance + Travel Allowance

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Delhi for field sales and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial customers, developing current business prospects, promoting our products, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits and market development in Delhi and nearby industrial areas.
Generate new leads and develop current customers.
Promote and sell Industrial Electrical and Mechanical Products.
Visit factories, industries, contractors, dealers, and other potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the office/sales team.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain regular market and customer visit reports.




Develop long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements
Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Tech or equivalent.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidate should have valuable communication and convincing skills.
Should have a strong interest in sales and field work.
Should have valuable market understanding and a willingness to learn technical products.
Candidate should be energetic, confident, hardworking, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of Industrial Electrical and Mechanical products will be an advantage.
Candidate must be comfortable with regular field visits.

Important
This is a field sales job.
Candidate must have their own two-wheeler/vehicle for daily market visits.
Daily Allowance and Travel Allowance will be provided as per company policy.
The candidate should be willing to travel regularly within the assigned market area.
