The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bancassurance and alliances, with expertise in managing and implementing MIS. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and drive business growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the bancassurance industry and the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders.
What does the job entail?
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive bancassurance sales growth
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify prospects for bancassurance product sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless alignment of bancassurance offerings with business objectives
Design and implement bancassurance product offerings to meet customer needs
Conduct market research to identify new bancassurance business opportunities
Develop and maintain MIS reports to track bancassurance sales performance
Analyze bancassurance sales data to identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain bancassurance sales strategies and plans
Identify and capitalize on bancassurance business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for bancassurance products and services
