What You'll Do
Design intuitive and engaging websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital products.
Understand client requirements, business objectives, and user needs to develop effective design solutions.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability research where required.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop responsive designs across different screen sizes and devices.
Build and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.
Present design concepts and design decisions to clients, founders, and internal teams.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, explain design decisions, gather feedback, and manage design iterations.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review implemented designs and identify inconsistencies or usability issues.
Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and project requirements.
Maintain consistency across brand, UI, and digital experiences.




Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of design work.

What We're Looking For
13 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX projects.
Robust understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
Robust command of Figma.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and information architecture.
Good understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design.
Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, colour, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to think from the user's perspective and create simple, intuitive experiences.
Ability to convert complex requirements into transparent and effective design solutions.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency.
