Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities, including journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate for timely settlements.
Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Assist with income tax, audit,



and other statutory/internal audits.
Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.
Review accounting transactions and identify discrepancies or errors.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and applicable laws.
Provide financial information and reports to senior management as required.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter / CMA / M.Com or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing workplace.
