Position: Project Manager – Solar EPC
Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy / Solar EPC
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Experience: 8–12 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical preferred

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

Key Requirement

Solar EPC Project Execution experience is mandatory. Candidates with only general construction or non-solar project experience will not be preferred.

The candidate should have robust experience in independently handling end-to-end Solar EPC projects, from project planning and procurement coordination through execution, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Solar EPC project execution from planning to commissioning and handover.
Handle project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and closure.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Stores, Site and Operations teams.
Review project BOQ, drawings, technical specifications and execution plans.




Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
Manage site execution, contractors, subcontractors and manpower.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and milestones.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline and required quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and statutory authorities.
Identify project risks, delays and technical/commercial issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor project-wise cost, billing, collections and profitability in coordination with Finance.
Ensure proper documentation, project MIS and progress reporting.
Handle testing, commissioning and project handover.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and technical standards.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide management updates.

Candidate Profile
8–12 years of relevant Project Management experience.
Mandatory Solar EPC experience.
