Required Skills
Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and branding.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth prospects.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B IT Sales or SaaS Sales.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
Experience in the IT/Software/SaaS industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
