Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2C sales, preferably from the E-commerce or Logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth through field sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present suitable logistics/e-commerce solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and sales performance.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in B2C Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Courier, Shipping, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Positive experience in cold calling and field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
