Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from business stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker/ATS.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand feedback and move candidates through the selection process.




Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer rollout process.
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.
Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates.
Good knowledge of job portals and qualified networking platforms.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
