Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to head our Application Delivery & Engineering function. This role will be responsible for defining and executing Digit's engineering strategy, scaling high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across all technology platforms.

The incumbent will work closely with Product, Business, and Executive Leadership to build scalable, resilient, secure, and future-ready technology solutions while fostering a robust engineering culture driven by ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering vision,



technology roadmap, and long-term architecture strategy.
Lead and scale engineering teams across backend, frontend, mobile, platform, integration, and data engineering functions.
Drive high-quality and predictable delivery aligned with business and product priorities.
Ensure platform scalability, system reliability, performance, availability, and security.
Champion up-to-date engineering practices including Microservices, Cloud-Native Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Partner with Product and Business teams to translate strategic objectives into executable technology roadmaps.
Build, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and senior technical talent.
Establish architecture governance and drive technical debt reduction initiatives.
Ensure adherence to data security standards, regulatory requirements, risk controls, and compliance frameworks.
