Job Description
Customer Support:
Attend incoming customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and explain YRS Prefab products and services.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution of their requirements.

Sales Coordination
Prepare and send quotations to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with prospective clients regarding quotations and enquiries.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Support the sales team in managing customer requirements and enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support and follow-up.
Assist in converting enquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Customer Records & CRM
Maintain accurate customer records and contact details.
Update CRM systems and Excel sheets regularly.
Record customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations,



and sales-related information.
Ensure all customer information is properly documented and updated.

Communication & Follow-Up
Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Handle customer negotiations professionally when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Job Requirements
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Computer Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Word.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Familiarity with Email and Internet.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management.
