Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop recent business prospects in civil/construction projects.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements.
Achieve sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in construction, real estate, or building materials marketing is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
