Position: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with existing and prospective customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services in a explicit and skilled manner.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Update customer information in the database regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English and regional languages will be an added advantage.

Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.

Working Hours:
As per company policy.

Salary:
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
