Job Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and assigned sections of the hotel. The role ensures guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay by delivering high-quality housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
Clean bathrooms and ensure all fixtures are functioning properly.
Replenish room supplies and minibar items as required.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items to the supervisor.
Ensure public areas, corridors, and service areas are kept clean and presentable.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.

Qualifications




High school education or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals.
Prefer hotel management or hospitality course completion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
