Role & responsibilities
Assist in formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products.
Support trial batches, laboratory experiments, and process development.
Perform basic testing and documentation as per SOPs.
Maintain development records, protocols, and reports.
Assist in scale-up and technology transfer activities.
Follow GMP, GLP, safety, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and other departments.
Support investigation and resolution of formulation/process-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must be M.Pharm in Pharmacy
Fresher or 01 years of experience in formulation/R&D.;
Basic knowledge of formulation development and pharmaceutical processes.
Understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and laboratory skills.
Willingness to learn, perform trials, and work in a team.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
