Job Summary

Bangalore Sales Corporation is looking for a agile and responsible E-Commerce Sales qualified with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow sales across multiple online platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the company's complete e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, promotions, customer queries, returns, marketplace performance, and sales growth across various online selling platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor sales across all major e-commerce and online marketplace platforms.
Create, update, and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
Manage the complete online order cycle from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse, inventory, dispatch,



and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Ensure products are available and correctly listed across all online platforms.
Monitor daily online sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and customer feedback.
Manage pricing, offers, discounts, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.
Monitor competitor pricing and product listings.
Improve product visibility, ranking, sales, and conversion on online platforms.
Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, replacements, and escalations.
Track marketplace performance and identify prospects to increase sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales reports.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores/warehouse team to avoid stock-outs.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online advertising and promotional campaigns.
Ensure accurate product information and pricing across all platforms.
