Job Postion – IT Executive

Role Overview

The IT & Systems Support Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to employees, managing user accounts and email systems, maintaining server access, and ensuring smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Email & User Account Management
Create, configure, modify, and deactivate employee email accounts.
Manage email passwords, password resets, mailbox access, and security settings.
Maintain and manage the company email administration panel.
Configure email forwarding, shared mailboxes, aliases, and distribution groups.
Provide and revoke mailbox access based on employee requirements and approvals.
Manage mailbox backup, migration, and deletion when required.
Resolve Outlook and email login-related issues.
IT Helpdesk & User Support
Provide first-level technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot login, email, device, application, and connectivity issues.
Resolve current device login and account configuration issues.




Support employees with Outlook and Microsoft 365-related issues.
Maintain records of IT support requests and their resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or senior IT personnel when required.
Server & Access Management
Maintain and monitor company servers and related services.
Manage server user accounts and access permissions.
Provide, modify, and revoke folder/server access as per authorization.
Maintain proper access controls and ensure employees have appropriate permissions.
Monitor server availability and report technical issues.
Coordinate server maintenance, updates, backups, and troubleshooting with vendors/IT teams.
Microsoft 365 / Email Administration
Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and licenses.
Configure email security and user access settings.
Manage mailbox permissions, forwarding rules, and shared mailboxes.
