Role & responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Coordinate with HODs and Unit HR to understand manpower requirements.
Track approved manpower requisitions and recruitment plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for managerial and staff positions across Corporate Office and Units.
Source candidates through portals, consultants, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database and MIS.
Campus & Early Talent Acquisition
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment with colleges and institutions.
Build relationships with educational institutions and placement cells.
Coordinate assessments, interviews and selection of fresh talent.
Develop talent pipelines for future manpower requirements.
Offer & Pre-Joining Management
Coordinate offer release, compensation discussions and appointment documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Ensure completion of required documentation and pre-joining formalities.




Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate the onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Ensure current joiners are introduced to company policies, service rules, culture and organizational practices.
Coordinate workplace, IT, HRMS, attendance and other joining requirements.
Conduct and track 30, 60 and 90-day current-joiner feedback.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with HODs, Unit HR, IT, Administration and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Provide regular updates on vacancies, recruitment progress and joining status.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Recruitment MIS & Compliance
Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
Prepare MIS covering vacancies, TAT, sourcing, offers and joining status.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with approved policies and processes.
