Job Summary:The CRM Executive Kannada is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, and providing excellent support to Kannada-speaking customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and feedback
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Maintain accurate documentation and customer data
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets

Required Skills:
Fluency in Kannada (Read,



Write & Speak) Mandatory
Basic communication in Hindi or English
Valuable customer handling and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline

Experience:
0–5 years in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service
Freshers with excellent Kannada communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to handle customer calls professionally
Solid follow-up and coordination skills
Experience in customer support or telecalling is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
