About FreshńDew™

FreshńDew is a science-led skincare brand building the Hard Water Defence™ category. We are developing skincare products designed specifically for skin exposed to hard water, combining formulation science, barrier care and consumer-focused product innovation.

We are an early-stage company, which means this role will involve working closely with the Founder across product development, manufacturing, research, operations and business execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, curious and highly execution-oriented Founder’s Office Associate who can work directly with the Founder and help move significant projects from idea → research → decision → execution.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Pharm/M.Pharm background, robust analytical ability,



excellent communication skills and an interest in understanding how a consumer brand is actually built.

This is not a conventional pharmacy or R&D; role.

You will be exposed to both the technical/product side and the business side of FreshńDew.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Formulation
Support the Founder in product development and formulation projects.
Research ingredients, actives, formulations and relevant scientific literature.
Maintain product development documentation and formulation trackers.
Coordinate with formulators, manufacturers and testing laboratories.
Compare formulation versions and document changes.
Support evaluation of product samples and consumer feedback.
Research product claims and help ensure that claims are supported by appropriate evidence.
Assist in building product specifications and technical documentation.
Manufacturing & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
