Roles & Responsibilities
Generate
Home Loan/LAP leads through open-market sales
.
Build and maintain relationships with
real estate builders, connectors, small DSAs, CAs and finance consultants
.




Onboard current channel partners and ensure regular lead flow.
Guide customers on suitable home loan options and manage the sales cycle.
Handle the
end-to-end process
from lead sourcing, documentation and sanction to disbursement.
Achieve monthly home loan disbursement targets of
₹2 Cr+
.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum
1+ year experience in onboarding builders/connectors/DSAs/CAs/finance consultants
.
Proven track record of
₹2 Cr+ monthly disbursement
.
Solid local market knowledge and established market relationships.
Willingness to work with
0.4–0.5% commission structure
.
