About the Role

Adobe is seeking a Senior Content & Experience Strategist to craft intuitive, human-centered content experiences across web, in-app, and community platforms. This role focuses on enabling users to better understand and engage with Adobe products through transparent, effective, and data-driven content.

The ideal candidate will combine content strategy, UX writing, and analytical thinking to improve user experience and drive meaningful outcomes. This is a highly cooperative and ownership-driven role requiring minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Define, deliver, and lead content initiatives that improve customer self-service and product enablement across multiple channels (web, in-app, community, social).
Create and contribute to content strategies aligned with product and user goals.
Collaborate across teams to support cross-functional content and experience initiatives.
Analyze customer data and insights to identify content gaps and build effective knowledge and troubleshooting strategies.




Partner with marketing and product teams to support campaigns that drive product usage and revenue growth.
Lead projects end-to-end while managing dependencies within tight timelines.
Work closely with engineering, support, and product teams to understand requirements and implement content solutions.
Take on multiple roles including strategist, writer, editor, and project manager as needed.
Design and maintain content structures and information architecture focused on usability and discoverability.
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure content effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams and user communities to create and maintain high-quality content.
Ensure all content aligns with Adobe writing standards and style guidelines.
Deliver accurate and high-quality content through stakeholder reviews and user validation.
Develop subject matter expertise and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
