We are looking for a responsible and proactive Seafood Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations within the seafood processing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise production workers and monitor daily processing activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate manpower allocation and workflow planning.
Conduct quality checks and report any production issues.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of seafood products.
Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements




Experience in the seafood processing or food manufacturing industry preferred.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle production schedules and workforce coordination.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Freshers with relevant industry exposure may also apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
