We are looking for motivated graduates and freshers to join our team as Marketing Associates. No previous marketing or sales experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development, with a explicit opportunity to progress into team leadership and management.

Responsibilities
Represent clients through skilled face-to-face customer interactions.
Learn and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Attend regular training, coaching, and development sessions.
Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.
Work as part of a high-performing team to achieve campaign goals.
Support and mentor new team members as you progress.
Take on increasing responsibility based on performance.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Freshers and candidates with limited experience welcome.

Compensation & Hours

₹6 LPA + bonuses and benefits
Expected earnings: ₹12+ LPA

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Saturday.
