Position: Inside Sales Executive / Study Abroad Advisor
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Office-based / Hybrid
Key Objective: Convert prospective student leads into registered clients for overseas education counseling and application packages. []

Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach:



Make high-volume outbound calls, send emails, and message via WhatsApp to prospective students and parents.
Consultative Selling: Understand the student's academic background, preferred study destination (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Germany), budget, and career goals.
Pitching Services: Present the company's study-abroad pathways, test preparation courses, and end-to-end admission services.
Appointment Setting: Qualify student intent and hand over high-potential prospects to senior/video counselors.
Pipeline Management: Update all daily interactions, follow-ups, and lead status changes accurately in the CRM database.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue metrics. [1, 2, 5]

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of inside sales, B2C tele-sales, or EdTech/admissions ex
