Role & responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Prepare payroll reports, salary reconciliation statements, and MIS reports.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
Manage PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors for compliance matters.
Monitor updates in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Maintain employee master data and personnel records.
Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee documentation and HRMS records.




Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audits.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Robust knowledge of Payroll Processing and Payroll Reconciliation.
Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law Compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Experience working with HRMS and Payroll Software.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Robust understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
