Sales Manager Education Finance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive education-finance sales and customer acquisition through our partner educational institutes.

The role involves managing relationships with students, parents and educational institute partners, driving loan business, ensuring a smooth customer journey and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and relationship-management experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Drive education loan sales and business growth through assigned educational institute partners.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents and partner institute representatives.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable education loan solutions.
Explain loan products, processes, documentation, timelines, EMI schedules and applicable policies.




Manage the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation and counselling to loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure timely collection and accurate submission of required customer documents.
Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales, Credit, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer and process-related issues.
Monitor leads, conversions, application status and sales performance.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and business volumes at assigned partner institutes.
Handle customer escalations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain robust qualified relationships with partner educational institutes and key stakeholders.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business targets.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline and key business metrics to management.
