About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager – Sourcing & Channel Sales to drive business growth through channel partners, brokers, referral networks, and other sourcing channels.

The role will be responsible for building and managing solid channel relationships, generating qualified business opportunities, onboarding and activating new partners, and driving revenue through an effective sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, a positive understanding of the real estate sales ecosystem, and a proven ability to deliver against business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, referral networks, and other external sales partners.
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through channel partners and other sourcing channels.
Identify, onboard,



and activate new channel partners to expand the sourcing network and increase business prospects.
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to understand their requirements, share project updates, and drive engagement.
Provide partners with relevant product/project knowledge, sales support, and training to improve conversion.
Drive channel partners to achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate effectively with internal sales teams to ensure seamless lead management, follow-ups, and closures.
Monitor channel partner performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and business contribution.
Develop strong market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Support sales planning, forecasting, and business development through effective sourcing strategies.
