Position: US IT Recruiter Intern

Experience: MBA Fresher

Location:Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Source IT candidates through \LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases\*.

* Understand and work on US IT job requirements.

* Conduct initial candidate screening and collect basic information.

Communicate with candidates through \calls, emails, and messages\*.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

* Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.

Learn US staffing concepts such as \W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization\*.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
