Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions and provide effective support to international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a skilled approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries, concerns, and service requests and provide appropriate resolutions.
Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems or CRM tools.
Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies during customer interactions.
Meet individual and team performance targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and respond effectively to customer requirements.
Good computer knowledge and proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven workplace.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and patiently.
